The Health Ministry, ASCON ( Neonatal Colombian Society) and the Kangaroo Foundation held the III National Workshop in Kangaroo Mother Care the 15 of November 2017 in the Health Ministry and a pre workshop meeting with the Human Milk Banks of the Country.
