It shows that it is no longer ethical not to implement a quality Kangaroo Mother Care program, with kangaroo position delivery and rigorous follow-up. It also shows that KMC helps the growth of the brain structures of the preterm brain; this implies that the longer the time in KMC, the greater the impact, with a plus: it can be measured 20 years later! The structures involved in the sequelae of prematurity are studied. We invite you to read carefully and work towards the implementation of quality KMC.
